About Me

Natalie Lascek (she/her) is a nonprofits arts management leader and creative thinker. She has worked and volunteered in various areas of art education, community arts engagement, arts advocacy, higher education, and marketing & design for over 25 years.

She is currently the Executive Director of the Center for Creative Exploration at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design located in Lancaster, PA. In the past, Lascek has developed and managed intergenerational visual arts programming for PCA&D, Lancaster Museum of Art, and the Longs Park Arts Festival. She had previously held board positions with the City of Lancaster, Office of Public Art, LEADS: Lancaster’s Economic Action for Downtown’s Success and Lancaster Creative Reuse. She currently serves on the educational committee of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Lascek has called Lancaster home since 2000. She obtained her BFA degree in weaving and fibers and her K-12 art teacher certification from Penn West University (formerly Edinboro University of Pennsylvania) and she is currently pursuing her Master degree in arts leadership and cultural management from Colorado State University.

She finds great joy in bringing the folks together, in the right place, with the tools needed, at the best time to create enjoyable and enlightening experiences. In her spare time she enjoys being a cheerleader for other artists and creatives, exploring art and fantastical experiences, building puppets and monsters, and finding fun and adventure where ever she is.
